When your provide the video saying the Graphene harder than diamond my common sense told me it wouldn't happened because it must use for military/aircraft if it is extremely lightweight and harder than diamond hence it must expensive than a diamond for sure.

I like s9+ very much but I hate (uses SIM 2 slot). require only dedicated memory card slot with dual sim slot

why dont you try to crack your screen and call them? sure if you are extremely very lucky.. they will answer your call. then they will ask u to bring your phone by yourself to the nearest service center. and they will finish repairing your phone in
3 MONTHS.

US Unlocked S9+ here. I'm kind of annoyed seeing various Carrier ones getting Security Updates and yet mine is still stuck on Feb 1st! Has anyone owning an unlocked model received March or April?

You can repeat the same word but I won't trust you because I haven't met the chance to go to Sony service center for this 3.5years, so I can't giving any feedback. Unlike you have to service more frequently so it must be very useful and important to you.
FYI, Xperia have integrated the Support app which can allow the user contact and get the service and useful information, remind you I haven't use it lol
