Hey guys needed some advice, my s9+ was good with healthy battery, could last me a day. But I wanted to change it because of the screen. Whilst I'm lost checking Samsung note 10, s10 plus, Or maybe xiaomi note 12. I'm pugbmobile fans any idea

Bought used pristine for cheap for 6 GB RAM and bigger battery over the regular S9. Installed LineageOS 13 and it's fast with an insane battery life! Plus Magisk + USB Sample Rate Unlocker module + USB SampleRate Changer script at boot that sets USB sample rate for USB DAC/AMPs at 768 kHz and now my Shanling UA3 plays music at 768 kHz!
I can't recommend the combo with LineageOS enough! With this custom ROM you get the latest Android 13 plus enough battery life to basically constantly browse the internet for more than 5 hours and you'll still have battery life to spare! Another phone, a regular Galaxy S9, with LineageOS has been left on standby for a week and still has battery!

Ahmad alhelal, 17 Jun 20235 years and this phone is going strong. Battery life still ... moreI just replaced my battery and it is like a new phone. Batteries, bulbs+ did the swap for around $75. Genuine Samsung battery and service was so fast, 3 hours! And, the wireless charging with my milliken mag chargers is great. Yes the camera is showing it's age but I have a Canon for serious photography. Love my phone for what I use it for. Music, GPS, internet on the go. Can't see myself changing for a good while.

5 years and this phone is going strong. Battery life still ehhh but fast charge always save u. I been traveling lately so I miss the esim support. Plus not that many apps support SD card storage. So it has to eat from that internal storage =/.
Conclusion:
This phone is as reliable as Toyota cars =)

Here in India, no other smartphone company can give you automatic call recording service now. Other features mentioned by you are available on Samsung flagships. Battery stock problem after 5-6 years is same with almost all smartphone companies. If you want long software support, go with Samsung S23 series, you will get Android update till version 17. No other company gives 4 years of Android update and 5 years of security update.

I have this phone for almost 5 years, Very good phone.Yes battery life is reduced but manageable. My phone is updated with March patch (India), will we get any more updates?
Because my office outlook is stopped due to the reason of older version, any one else facing the same?
Earlier I had Samsung S Advance, which I was unable to use after 5 years due to no stock battery available, will it be same for all Samsung phones?
Due to this I am thinking of buying an Iphone, if so is it a good alternative for me? I always handle my gadgets with care.

5 years later and this thing is still my most reliable device. Battery life is a bit eh but oh well.

the battery life isn't the best but the iPhone Xs max doesn't have a good battery as well.
