I contacted samsung about not receiving december update. They replied that it maybe delayed due to an up coming update. The update will have latest security update with it.. So I'm thinking maybe s9 plus will get android 10 update soon. Heres hoping.

2 years user:
1- In much needed upgrade to OneUi for better battery life and prettier UI
2- Still running snappy smooth without any lag after 2years
3- Im a major gamer addict, using hours everyday playing high-end games, will get your phone overheating
4- Constant overheating everydays from extensive gaming still doesn't burn the screen unlike my newer iphone11
5- Too many bloatware including goddamn useless BIXBY
6- Gorilla Glass, therefore typical items like pen or key wont have any effect on the screen (still recommending using screen protector)
7- Alright speaker with alright call quality
8- One of the best camera when it just came out and still comparable with newer model
9- It's still a flagship phone, therefore it have the fancy expensive feels and looks
10- ill give it solid 7.3 if to compare with 2019/2020s models

Samsung released almost 5 beta updates may be due to instability, improvements, new features feedback from beta users
After last update I found now it is performing up to expectations (still exploring) with minimum bugs.
Hope in January 2020 Samsung will release Sable One UI 2.0

Some regions get updates early and some other countries late
Be patient and keep on checking manually for updates
