This phone is the reason why I will never buy a Samsung handheld device again. The phone died "dead boot" after 18 mons. deemed unrepairable unless I want to replace the motherboard (as recommended by the Samsung Technical Helpdesk). All hope is not lost, it can still be useful as a door stop or a paper weight.
