poor battery backup and the signal strength is always low. everything else is ok.

How do I format the phone? I mean like I came across two alternatives. One is switching off the phone, then holding the three buttons-Power, Home and Volume Up. The other is the Factory Settings thing. Are these two same?

Very poor Internet signals - I live on 24th floor could not get acceptable signal, web pages appearing at snail pace as compared to ZTE phone tested side by side. 100 times faster!
I would have change phone in near future
