if it automatically stores downloaded files into your phone memory move those files to your memory card(microSD card).Atleast more than 2gb keep free in your phone memory then only it will run smooth otherwise...

every samsung phone have battery problem..tell me which android phone doesnt have? take latest model like S4 it has battery problem too..wen u have Cpu with dual core obviously it vl drain fast.
about this phone, yes it drains but cant help it. Nokia doesnt have android thus there wont be a battery problem..so does iphone.
when u talk about android,battery will last for 1 day..believe it or not otherwise keep your net off battery will last till next day.Try it.

First to say I faced same problems as u all,however some. Corrections I did changed the phone totally &made this set wonderfull &so satisfying
In developper options:
1-Gpu rendering ..............on
2-transition scale.........0.5x
3-animation scale.........o.5x
4-limit background process.......2 at most
5-I downloaded clean master app&put its widget on home screen,with 3-4 times clean of rams daily
After that I used subway surfers smoothly&of course all other apps
Battery backup is good,I was iphone 4 user & I feel no difference concerning battery issue
Finally I want to say it's excellent phone,buy it

Download link2sd app & move all the apps whichever you want to. The phone must have superuser b4 you move. 1st thing you need to root your phone. I had this problem too. After I root, I gained half the internal memory space . Check this website http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1952743

I have bought the set few days back n having some issues wid the storage, wen ever i download any app it is automatically downloaded in phone memory resulting the fone hangs and also performances slows. I just need help if some1can tell me how to chnange the downloaded apps location to memory cre as i already have an 8 GB memory card.

Please o, how can I connect my device to my windows xp pc? Already installed kies on my system, checked the usb debugging mode on my device, but keep getting the error of : Cannot install this hardware: The hardware wasnt installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software. Can anyone kindly assist me here?? Please!!! I have tried and exhausted all my options!! Great thanks guys!!

I bought a Samsung S Duos on 30th June.13 vide ref # GT-S7562UWAINS (Pure White). I have read of lot of review and thought this is a decent phone for my daily use, I was a Blackberry user thought of switching to Samsung.
However, Samsung has given me shock not surprise. The battery is fragile like anything, with 100% charge when I make a call for about 5 minutes it goes down by 3% or more. Even if I don’t call just unlock the phone and keep the screen active for about 10 minutes; the battery charge goes down in double digit percentage. This was the performance with just Single Sim Card, can’t even imagine if I add one more Sim card in to it.
Coming to the performance I don’t know what user have to do with 1 GHz Cortex-A5 Processor while it is dead slow compared to my Blackberry Curve 9380 with only 256 MB RAM. I didn’t understand what is Anroid V4.0 is going to do with this Dabba (Idiot Box).
When I tried configuring my email it given me again a shock, rather Nokia E5 performs better than this overhyped device & brand. When you open even Gmail it takes minutes to come up and with absolute basic interface which gives you a look & feel of about 2005. The rocket science of downloading email and sequence of mails displays in the inbox still Greek to me. I have spoke to few of my Samsung Fan friends who is using such phones for last many years & discovered they are simply Penguins who is happy by reading the configuration nothing to do with performance.
Using just a week, I was so frustrated that I finally exchanged the phone with a colleague of mine i.e. Nokia Lumia 510- a basic smart phone but much faster and better performance compared to Samsung.
Last but not least, I am not a Gadget Guru however this is a caution notice to the buyers to kindly cross check yourself before joining Samsung League. For any further clarification I don’t mind sharing my experience further, can be reached at touristshivam@gmail.com. There are many better handsets available of different brand @ 12K.

i have purchased this model..but sorry to say..its worst smart phone by samsung..battery is faulty..i visited to service center in thane..70% of customer complaint about battery discharge..friends do not purchase it..

I purchased last month in Chennai.
this mobile speed is very low.
phone could not be go outgoing when in both sims are in open.
same installing unwanted updates and applications its taking more data and reducing data speed.
