If u ask me which phone to go between 10k-12k. Then I will say if u want window phone then go for Nokia Lumia 520 or If u want android phone then go for Lg L5 ii dual. But don't go for S duos. Even micromax canvas 2 better option than S duos.

Don't buy this phone, I'm so regret for it.
Now i'm know the single core & 768MB Ram is suck. Trust me, i'd used it. This phone not really expensive now, i know. But don't waste ur money. If u really looking for Dual Sim Card, AT LEAST choosing duol core & more than 1GB Ram.

this phone can be a darling one day and a bitch another day. the key is to root it. if u learn to live with it then not bad phone. just keep flushing stuff from memory

Really worst mobile of samsung bad experience i purchased before 1 month its always hanging while playing games touch sensitivity is poor cant play big games always laggy sometimes it automatically switch off dnt purchase this worst mobile samsung ia worst need improvement

Sir,
I had purchased one Samsung Galaxy S duos 7562 in the month of May 2013, but to my utter surprise it started being switched off in the month of July 2013 when it is in screen lock condition. I approached local dealer in Sambalpur from whom I purchased the set. But they refer me to service centre instead of helping me to replace the same as the set was in warranty period. Why the customer will go to service centre when he is least concerned since the transaction is made between customer and dealer. Anyway with utter dismay I sent the set to local service centre in Sambalpur. But after checking and software loading, they told that the mother board has been out of order and it needs to be replaced. But my problem did not solve. The set ran but no call could be matured nor could internet connection be availed. Here I am to say that see the attitude of dealer and customer service in Sambalpur. I am not at satisfied about the set nor with the dealer and service centre of Samsung mobile in Sambalpur. I request the company to replace my cell with new one as it is in warranty period and to direct the company people to give loyal service to the customers.
