Even i bought the device, and the internet speed is mind blowing... i like the picture clarity as well. I would suggest u must have this handset. cheap & best

I am using both tha phones. some people might have discovered some problems but I didn't have a single problem in my s duos. its worth. believe me its awesome. and yes.. do upgrade it to jelly bean.

I am a satisfied user of the Galaxy S-Duos. I am an advanced user and like Android which is based on linux, I use Linux as my laptop OS. S-Duos is a bit slow phone but it can easily be tackled. you have to use the task manager often and get rid of the running apps when not in use. this keeps your memory free for new apps. And because you close apps from task manager, it takes time to open the new apps again. Battery life is good and you can easliy improve it by settings. I was a user of symbian (Nokia 7610) earlier and like symbian apps donot have an exit option and hence have to be forced shutdown (a disadvantage of android itself) I would have wanted 1GB RAM for this one to work very efficiently. a major minus is the unwanted apps in background eating up bandwidth of internet connection. samsung should provide with a firewall inbuilt. like linux, it should also have simple steps to root access. this would discourage the users of rooting the mobile and samsung would retain what it wanted by locking the device. there should have been an OTG support also(interfacing of external usb devices like keyboards and pen drives). A reverse tethering would be a bravo!!. Finally S-Duos is definitely a good choice for looks, performance and cost though not for 100% satisfaction and expectation.

khawar, 14 Mar 2013hey guys dont buy this phone its very very slow and hanging... moreI bought it 15 days ago and completely fine. when phone starts to hang, press home button long and then click remove all. then just besides it in task manager go to RAM and clear memory option brings it back to normal. don't install a sackfull apps. install just a few required apps according to your need.

I am first time here and realized that all of you are facing with the same problems,and 99% of you live in Asia especially in the south.I am from Finland and do not have such problems except non carried over the applications to memory card.Please when you plan to purchase the device first check where the phone is made in.However the phone is amazing and it is not hanging as you are describing here.It is better than I phone 4, believe me.Regards...

Using the set for last 6 months but find that people are not able to contact me at my 2nd SIM on & often with a message "Out of Reach" or "Not available". The SW was updated and the 2nd SIM has also been replaced as suggested by the Service Center.
Suggestion required for next course of action.
