Using the set for last 6 months but find that people are not able to contact me at my 2nd SIM on & often with a message "Out of Reach" or "Not available". The SW was updated and the 2nd SIM has also been replaced as suggested by the Service Center.
Suggestion required for next course of action.

Ho... moreApp2sd, Link2sd not works on Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562.
Only option to install apps on sd card is by Rooting the mobile then install root internal 2 external sd app from play store, it will swap your external sd card with internal sd card (external sd card will become internal phone memory) & your apps will install on your sd card.
For example, if you are using 32 GB memory card & then by this method your phone memory shows 29.71 GB.

Bagale, 15 Mar 2013Frinds,give me right suggestion which mobile is better to b... moreIf u r interested to experience variety of apps, then u must go for an android set, s-duos is an android set & if u root ur handset, then its functionality increases & will get better performance u will love it, whereas lumia 620 is a windows phone, & very few apps are available for windows phone so windows phone is not advisable if u want to experience a smart phone.

I will advice to go for Nokia Lumia 620.
But Remembar it is a Windows phone.
Windows will not provide as much apps (specially HD Games) as androids provide,
but it will surely provide all the useful apps which a user need in everyday life.
If u r not a game lover then you must purchase Lumia 620.
(further i will advice you to check the Specification of Lumia 620 in this site and decide yourself)

Windows 8 is better and lags-free than Android ICS.

Lumia 620's processor is faster when compared to S Duos...
In S Duos, apps don't response quickly.
They take about 15 to 20 seconds to open

+ Basic Function=
Lumia 620's basic functions are faster than S Duos.
S Duos starts hanging after few days even without using any apps, believe me, it's so annoying to use even the basic functions like CALLING, MESSAGING...
Imagine trying to dial a number and it's taking you 1-2 mins just to dial alone.
in short, opening contacts list is very slow on S Duos.
Lumia 620 is far better.

pls dont waste money buying this phone..i bought it in saravana stores chennai for 16,250..its totally waste of money.
Negative points are:
-Phone hangs more(i used only 1 sim...what happens when i use both sims??)
-apps cannot moved to sd
-camera and calling takes more time
-poor call quailty(call breaks randomly)
-cannot play 720p videos
-poor response from phone(even game hangs whileplaying)
-lower RAM(for this price)
-music background play is not good(song breaks once in 15 sec
-multitasking leads to restarting of phone
-if u download somethings and play songs,the songs gets breaked at regular interval...
i was totally frustated..
This is my first phone from samsung and i understood that they are similar to low grade korean mobile manufacturers,..
Even the phone gets heated while charging..
i will never buy samsung products here after...

Earlier i was planning to buy S Duos but after lots of research i have changed my mind and decided to go for Lumia 620 in the same price range.

desire V has no front camera,
it has only 512 RAM,
no 3G for sim2,
no EDGE for sim2.
not upgradable to jelly bean.
only advantage is battery is 1650.

i am also confused which phone i would buy either lumia 620 or galaxy s duos....and finally i bought galaxy s duos.....and i think it is a better option....s duos is really a good phone....battery backup is very nice...and i am sure you will completely satisfies with its camera quality even in low light...and its sound quality and screen resolution is very impressive.....it is better option...as i am enjoying this...only thing is not so good is its processor....but very it hangs...otherwise it is a very good phone !!! :)
