I m using s duos 7562 from last 45 days While using internet on any of one sim other sim incoming and outgoing feature is not working in nutshell the feature "receive incoming calls via other sim card while using data service" is not working.. I m very upset with this phone regarding this problem i visited samsung service centre also they said there is manufacturing defect and all customer of s 7562 is facing same problem and i also called samsung customer care they check my all setting through smart tutor and they found all setting are correct and the problem exit. When i visited service centre i confirm my issue with your customer care number and they also mentioned in the reference no. that they talked with service centre manager and they are unable to help me because there is no solution for that.
