i m also using this phone from april 2013 but its one of the worst mobile i have use ......so many problem like battery life is too short we have to charge twice thrice a day.....game like subway surfers temple run works badly always lag.....processor and gpu is outdated ....processor speed is very slow you cant do work fast like other mobiles.....android version is too old ICS.....internal memory is less and no option to move to sd card... even sometime calling or receiving call it hangs....this mobile hang everytime in every task and people are telling its good it has many problem that i am facing.....totally money waste mobile.....i will sell it soon

My first smart phone and the best ....all the users said that it's hanging problem but i uses this mobile from apr 13 i never saw that the phone is hanging but i agree some games take long to open but never.....hangs and my last opinion to ROOT the phone and u do lot more like play games such as amazing spiderman,asphalt 8...and much more...it's true believe me..

I m using s duos ... and i didnt find anything wrong .. it works superb! Doesnt hangs except at the time of doing power on .. N i wana ask wat would the company had got loss fiting An gorilla screen guard ?? -_-

i had WiFi problem so i gave my phone to the service centre. the guy there said you'll need to change your motherboard. now how do i check if he has done his job or not?

prashant, 03 Jun 2014This is my second phone i have bought.first was htc legend ... moresame first i was using galaxy y and after that i use galaxy s duos.....galaxy y was better than s duos....s duos is waste of money

This is my second phone i have bought.first was htc legend with only 600mhz processor.it worked fine with me.never had problems for general use.i have found that this device is even slower than my even though its specs is way better.i have encountered such problems as
1)it hangs all the time and i mean it.the in built app such as dailer app sometimez takes 6-7 seconds of loading.
2)screen is sometimes not reponsive.i dont know its problem of my phone's screen cover.but its true .and gets more annoying when playing games temple run,fruit ninja,subway surfer etc.
3)sometimes the speaker of my phone destorts even if i wear earphones.god my ear bleeds!!!
Due to these reasons the samsung company has lost respect from me.i dont care whatever be the price of phone but if they made one they should provide a quality service.i regret a lot buying this phone.i wished i had brought htc or sony(with less specs) in same price.i will never buy any samsung produt ever

i say ,nvr go fr ds cell ..its simply of money wastage.. maps s nt gd bagtry cant say ..atlwast thrice its hanging per day.. cnt mv apps etcc etc totally worst no updates to jeallybean ..:'(

too worst, 02 Jun 2014never buy this handset guys it has too many problem this mo... moremy fon keeps freezing and rebooting. you dont have to do more than one operation, it will freeze . any remedies

processing is too slow even cant use internet fast and apps games also response too late and sometime hang although it has good features in low price but phone has lost its importance because of poor processor and outdated android version.....never buy this model its outdated model

Hanging problem is common of this mobile. Service center also is doing nothig to slove the problem. This set is a big hindrance for company. So i request the company to slove this problem.

All,Don't buy this SAMSUNG SDUOS7562.Getting hang when login or when navigating to next option.Its utter waste.Dont waste your money in buying this.You can't dial the number in correct time when you are in need.since the navifation is too slow.
