never buy this handset guys it has too many problem this mobile hangs whenever we use ....even in wifi its not working properly...playstore crashes all time....battery life is too bad...game and apps take time to response...this s duos is king of hang...wasted my money i will not buy any samsung phones as i got worst experience it has not got updates and samsung has not solved any problem........samsung is waste of money

This is a great phone for a budget friendly price., but i dont know why samsung wont update a great sweetnes of jelly bean even just 4.1 in this amazing phone.

one of the worst mobile i have use ....totally not satisfied with this s7562 ....always hang.. ..games like subway surfers temple run started lagging from day of purchase....whatsapp works slow....even apps like bookmyshow just dial m indicator takes time to load....front camera is too bad....back camera is also not good.....android version is too old ICS no option to move to sd card and no jellybean to users .....totally bad model never buy samsung they never update OS in mid range phone....its better to buy lg sony....

Worst mobile. Moto e is 1000% better than it. Dont go for it. Iam using it from last 10months. Iam not satisfied even once in my tenure.

kyle, 30 May 2014It sucks late responses in running games and not movable on... moresame apps and games takes time to response .....this mobile has hang problem i m using from one year but its waste of money no os updates jellybean can solve problem but know its too late samsung should discontinue this model
