I've got this device through my friend and i wanted to sell it but...when i opend it up and started playing around...i sadi this thig is going nowhere...It's great!! hires movies..internet on the go...if u have an ok phone this is a reat addition...

Device is actually pretty useless. WiFi doesn't stay connected - has some disconnect problem that seems to be prevalent with WiFi across most of the Samsung phone range. Samsung isn't bothered to fix that and their service is TERRIBLE.
I've been a fan of Samsung on other products, but in the mobile market they sell on visual appeal. Sadly their phones are very buggy.

settings>wireless and network>usb settings
select samsung kies so that the software will recognize your device when you plug it in the pc. then update when needed.

Den, 11 Feb 2012is the phone have messaging like other phones? This device is more of a mini-tablet, it doesnt not have phone features so txting and phone calls are missing.
