Hi I just bought this phone. In Pakistan its price is 7800 rupees. I think it is the right option in this price because it has many features, moreover it has KITKAT OS which is nice. although camera, chipset and non availability of 3G is a back draw. But still if you need these option the cost will rise.
It is a nice phone for users who don't require such things

Bt android kitkat is very very better instead of tizen.so u should surely go for android kitkat that's amaaaaaazinggggg!

i think this is the best samsung smartphone within 4000.although this phone is 2g but it is supporting all the major games and apps.this is a cool mobile with affordable price.touch is nice doesnt hang and one of the best android smartphone ever.
really this is for everyone whi needs apps games for daily uses.

It's a nice phone. The camera is not very impressive. If Samsung provide 3g in it , I'm sure that this phone will be superb
