Galaxy star consuming too much battery, even on standby,(when not bluetooth, WIFI turned on, no use of data usage & screen brightness kept below 25percent)battery backup hardly last for 08-10hours, & its getting drained automatically, how to get rid of this problem?

sisir, 02 Jul 2013my samsung galuxy star is providing very poor battery perfo... moreturn off the mobile packet data, when u r not using the internet. always reduce brightness when u do't need. & before lock the phone always clear ram. It will perform better.

awsome phone total worth of money ... got dis phone and m using it for two days .. except the 3g specification every thing is good .. what more can one ask for 4900 bucks from samsung smart phone series ..

Anonymous, 03 Jul 2013can i use my old gsm sim card in this mobile.yes we can use normal gsm sim, but it should be cutted as microsim shape, all mobile shops they charge rs 100 for cutting the sim, so i bought a microsim cutter for rs 150, which will be helpfull for future use too
