Wanting to find out how my samsung stargalaxy mobile works. mobile did not come with manual handbook. am struggling how to work mobile phone and how to work all apps.please help and send me a copy of manual if possible to sallyjanev@hotmail.com. Very poor speed. The screen freezes if you are doing more than 1 thing. E.g. If you are messaging and then receive a call it will take over 5 secs for the caller screen to show up. Very slow if you want to navigate between screens. The contact list will take over 10 secs to show up!!

I have problem on network. when i put sim on this phone much hour it does not work when i need to make a call. SO please help me what to do? I already shown it with samsung center but they also unable to solve this problem.
