I bought this tab from mumbai, on box it shows 16GB but in the settings it shos only 11.87GB. IS it for all the devices or its defective piece given by samsung to me? please respond

If its INDIA then wifi is very much available, even in villages also, you need to take a broadband connection to get wifi, just tell the service provider to provide wireless modem during taking the connection.

Simply Outstanding device, bought it last month, using it is brilliant, great touchspeed, internet browsing, app loading, os & look, i bought da white version, it looks smart, only drawback is da 3mp camera totally usless for pics but good enuf as a barcode scanner, but da screen is outstanding, can play hd videos, games most of everything u play in it, also da calling service is brilliant....my suggestions...its da best PHABLET ever...GO FOR IT & U WILL NOT REGRET A BIT !!!

those who want to buy a 7 inch tablet , the tab 2 is the best 1 and price wise is also not much its verry good i like it a lot

Wonderful ! Tablet P3100 could played almost all HD games from google play store.
Also, battery lasted 3 to 4 days after full charged, if uses is specific as GSM phone.

Just bought this last Friday. I'd say, its not the best out there, specs-wise, but I'm more of a functionality guy. I could have bought the Nexus 7 which is a little cheaper but it doesn't have 3G. I could have bought the S3, but its too small for reading ebooks. If I want to play games, I would rather play on my laptop. This unit is like, in the middle of the pack, cheaper, yet not too shabby when talking specs. If you have the same requirements as mine, then I suggest you take a look at this.
