P3100 users in the Philippines, we have performance update today..although it is still in 4.0.4 you will notice the speed of your tab after update.
Mine got a lightning speed, joke! But performance wise, a win win from samsung!.thanks!

Iam using it now it's an amazing device but when i start calling someone or someone call me i hear an echo of my sound and i don't hear the other callers voice and the caller don't here mine have someone found the same problem in has galaxy tab 2 p3100
