nomi, 30 Nov 2013guys plz tells me tab 2 is better or tab 3? The tab 3 has very slightly better specs. But because its the new model is alot more expensive. You would be smarter for going for the tab 2, the difference in real world use is almost impossible to tell.

AnonD-188949, 19 Nov 2013hy friend , i got imp trick for usb charging, its works gr... moreThere's no need to do that trick, actually if the red X sign appears on the battery icon when connecting the phone via usb connection, the battery is charging but charging using usb connection will be very slow.

A typical USB port can supply a maximum of 500 milliamps of electrical current at any given time. Wall outlets, on the other hand,
can supply far more current: a typical household electrical circuit supplies 15 to 20 amps -- although device chargers themselves are usually limited to 2 amps at the most. Therefore, charging a device
from a wall outlet can be much faster than charging it from a USB port.

You can also check about this when connecting this tab to pc/laptop via usb cable, in windows file manager open p3100 properties: you will see that the battery level will increase (slowly) although the X simbol appears on the battery icon!

Inserting the usb port halfway only makes the red X sign not appear, but the amount of supplied current will not be different on both halfway or inserting the port completely.
