Great as a phone with unlimited Internet sim but was hard to find this tablet with sim slot, but all one needs for a mobile office.

I have transfer from india to London and take lyka sim card for one week its run well but from two days its giving mess MMI complete but I cant do phone or call receive

let down with this. samsung do nice looking stuff but this tab when i tried it was laggy and unresponsive. the ipads feel a lot nicer..

the tab was working fine for 5 months after i bought it....
then i got a battery issue... the battery charges to 100% in 2minutes and as soon as i start using it... it goes down to 1% within minutes..
i went to a service center and they gave the worst service possible..
they just installed the new software and gave it back.., and the issue was not solved....
now i gave it back again for servicing....
i love samsung phone designs but its performance is really poor...
wont go again for samsung ever again!!!

Anonymous, 25 Mar 2014does it have on the go USB ?I have Tab 8 and Tab 10 and in neither of these tablets I have seen any option for USB OTG. If the tablet wants to behave like a PC on the USB port, it has to supply 500 mA of current at 5v to be compatible with USB 2.0 specification. You see, I could connect a USB stick that will demand 100 mA at 5v or worse, if I connect a USB hard disk, the demand will shoot up to 300-400mA. With dual processors, WiFi and a sizeable screen to manage, the battery of these tablets just doesn't have enough juice or staying power to meet the USB current specification.
No wonder Samsung doesn't support OTG functionality on the USB port. All its manual pages on USB port are about how to get charged from PC or outside supply ... not as current provider to an external USB device!

well, it is on tab 3 modelSM-T211, it is not showing light if someone missed calls or any alert . it is supposed to be blinking red or white or any color as per settings
likewise tab for functions and the others button no light indicators.
