I already have it, i get it on a postpaid plan on a specific network.
>> based on my experience in using Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0. Good resolution, cool&portable design.my rate between 1-10 is 8. there is no such perfect TAB. but in Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 you get what you paid for.

T-311 supports phone calls.

The feature of moving apps to ext sd card is not possible from android ICS onwards (hope you know what ics is!!) This is actually to done to give better speed and performance specially for large apps and games.

no flash, if you will play the video that you already saved, it's pixilated. And when you will download an app, it will automatically be saved to the internal memory and you can't possibly move it to external memory w/c is not convenient coz you still need to download an app that has application manager..sad :(
