Suresh , 08 Jan 2023No, it released with 10 and received 2 major updates. only ... morein tablet Galaxy Tab A series is mid-high and Tab S (high-end or flagship) by Samsung policy they give 3 major android updates, here only 2 ;/ i undarstand if here be Tab A Lite model, but here is like mid-high range level and specification better than Tab A7 Lite... and i think better give last android 13 update than release new tablet version with shit parameter... and of course Tab A7 (2022) will get update.

I think I got mine in 2019 or so, but when I run CPU-Z it has this exact chipset, so I dunno...
Quick points:
-AMAZING Speaker system, it puts most laptops to shame, and the Dolby Atmos really makes it feel surround when you hold it centered
- Great for media consumption
- can game but is limited
- Biggest downside, is only 3 GB of sytem RAM, 4 would have been much better but still quick enough for my casual use
- Battery is alright even after all this time, but it is fading. Those speakers take up a lot of juice.
I use it EVERY morning when I am using bathroom, drinking coffee and waking up - it is a perfect tablet for watching Video of any sort, as it can fully display 1080p content at native resolution - this is far more than enough for a tablet. And it is even good for NON-Demanding Gaming, stuff like Terraria which is a fantastic game that is TERRIBLE on my Phone (in my case a Galaxzy A71) - because the screens are far too small to see enough of the game world at one time. Other games like FFIV 3D, Pinball - and NES/SNES/Sega MS/MD emulation are a great fit, I have had no real stutters or major input lag with a BT controller.

So even though my Galaxy Tab A7 (2020) tablets are in perfect condition, I traded my three Galaxy Tab A7 tablets toward three Galaxy Tab S7 FE tablets. And then traded in one of my existing Tab S7 FE tablets toward a Galaxy Tab S8.
The S8 was only $150 out of pocket for me. While the Tab S7 FE tablets were $220 out of pocket. But I only paid $60 to $80 for my three Tab A7 tablets in 2020. After trading in my Ancient 2013 Google Nexus tablets for $100 each. So getting $200 trade in for my Tab A7 tablets was a really good deal.
Plus the higher trade in value of the Tab S7 FE tablets will work out better for me in a year or two. When I want to upgrade again.

Had mine for a year now. Nice, sturdy finish. Unfortunately, as with everything Samsung, it has so much bloatware that it makes the tablet extremely slow - the different models just doesn't have enough memory.
Getting rid of mine asap.

Does it really support 15W? Mine doesn't go beyond 7W. (I'm using a fast charger and checked with a watt meter)
