Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite gets Android 12-based One UI 4.1 update
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite announced last May with Android 11-based One UI 3.1 is receiving Android 12 with One UI 4.1 on top.
The new update brings a refreshed UI and the usual Android 12 and One UI 4.1 goodies to the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite in addition to the July 2022 Android security patch.
The firmware carries version number T225XXU1BVGB and is rolling for the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite sporting model code SM-T225 in Hong Kong and Germany. The rollout will hopefully expand to other models and regions soon.
If you live in Hong Kong or Germany and haven't received the Android 12 update on your Galaxy Tab A7 Lite yet, you can check for it manually by navigating to its Settings > Software update menu.

Thank you for the advice Mr Fixit ! Actually I think I found the freeze up issue, looks like a misbehaving wifi toggle widget was the culprit. Its been good since I uninstalled that widget.

Go to the settings menu and clear the cache for the Playstore app and any other app that takes up lots of space... I have noticed that clearing the ram memory helps quite a bit
