Anonymous, 24 Jul 2018That's a bit exaggerated for the sound! The sound is truly the worst of any mobile or smart device I have ever owned, and that is not an exaggeration. I'm surprised I haven't found more complaints about it online.
We have the S pen version. I have a second one but haven't had a chance to open it and test the sound yet. I did find that in the simple eq menu turning the left dial all the way to bass, and the right dial all the way to instrument helped a tiny bit. We got a great deal on them so we're keeping the tablets and we'll just have to use Bluetooth speakers or headphones. I just don't understand how the sound could be so bad and distorted.

Good tablet . But very poor and low sound , also I can't format my SD CARD as internal storage . I'm very sad . I regret buying this tablet . Maybe Samsung can do something in the next update .

I have this tablet now for a week, and , i'm very impressed. The display is very good. I have the p585. My previous tablet was also a nOte the 2014 edition this is definitely an upgrade. the only thing the is the storage space is the 16gb where the 2014 edition had a 32gb. The battery is not as advertised, but I 'm waiting for a software update maybe the battery life will improve.

We have been very happy with the Galaxy tab A 10.1 with s pen for the most part... but our biggest complaint is the extremely poor sound quality. I'm not referring to the location of the speakers, but the quality of the sound itself. No amount of equalization and settings fiddling can fix the distorted, horribly tinny sound. Voices sound almost robotic due to the tinny sound and odd reverb. Has anyone else experienced this with their tablet? I have been considering purchasing another one just to see if this one just has bad speakers.

The sound is too low when you are watching a movie or series on Freeflix , I'm very disappointed. Please Samsung fix the sound system and make it more higher level for watching movies and TV shows and music in the next update .

can this tablet play 10-bit @1080 videos ... like the test videos on jellyfish site??? pls confirm that for me.

Dear Samsung Company -
I bought this tablet ( model- P585 ) before one week . it's a good tablet , but I'm very Sad , because :-
1- I can't format my 128g SD Card as an internal storage like all the other good tablefs, like Lenovo and Huawei .
2 - If you can make the Screen more brighter .
3 - Maybe you can enhance more the Sound quality and effects , like for watching movies or listening to slow songs and music .
Please Samsung, Maybe you can take the above points into consideration ( specially number one about formatting the SD Card as an internal storage ) in the next update .
