Anonymous, 28 Apr 2022Can this tab watch Netflix hdYes, it can run Netflix 1080p with no problem, also every other streaming app and even most games decently.
I had this tablet for ever 5 years, it is great! I only upgraded recently to the new S7+ just because I wanted it, the old tab still runs decently (with an older version of Android 8 installed, not the last one) and I could have kept using it for years to come.
Now I'm planning to install a decent Linux distro on it and transform it in a decent portable pc and give it to a friend of mine who really needs it.
If you didn't guess I really love this tablet, I paid 200 euros in 2016 and that's the most value I've ever bought.

Y, 08 Apr 2022Hey, can you tell me how to upgrade this tab?Well you can use lineage OS to get andorid 12 but if u dont know how to apply lineage OS I dont recommend trying to because u might get the tablet in a continuous loop of it restarting itself

The tab supports a bunch of camera features like sports, pro, night, beauty EVEN HDR. So, it is a really good tab with decent performance if properly optimised. 16 gb is enough for a student to do his/her class rlly nicely without getting into much trouble. It even supports high end features like 5ghz WiFi, ANT+ etc and screen brightness is awesome for indoor use. Speakers might be a little quiet but still ok. Ery nice tablet for value

I've had this tablet for like 4 years now and it stopped getting updates a long time ago. Stuck on android 8.1. Luckily LineageOS 18.1 came to the rescue. In less than 30 minutes I had it installed and configured. Now running pure Android 11 this tablet has received a new life. It's much faster, everything just works quicker and using this it became a pleasure once again.

Honestly even thought the android version (android 8.1)not supported and kind of outdated it's still a great tablet you can use it for gaming,streaming,entertaining,Netflix and so much more.Probably the most worth it tablet back in 2016.Yes there are new and upgraded versions of it but I fell like this tablets just has a place in my heart I have the sm-t585 and after 6 years of daily use it still runs so smoothly and nicely.I honestly cant Express how much I like this tablet.The tablets battery never died on me, it has a a massive 7300 mah battery which always lasts about 13-15 hours after 6 years of daily use it depends on what activities I do with it.The only flaw is the storage 32 GB is not alot of storage in the modern days but it does support microsd cards.Also it has an octa core which means it great for multitasking. it.Honestly that was all I had to say about this amazing tablet I honestly fell like this started the galaxy tab a series.

Hello there. I have this one since 4 years without any problem. The only thing which I'm challenging with is the internal storage which is 16G. I want to know how to configure the storage from internal to external. I have heard that in this tablet. is not possible to make SD card (external storage) as internal storage. Is it true? Please help me. Thaks

Anonymous, 20 May 2021Has anyone tried using a 512gb micro sd card in this model?... morebeen using for 5 years still works excellent for gaming,video chat,netflix and just bassicly everything a flagship tablet could do but a little worse the best thing abiut this tablet is the battery all of those years this tablet has never died on me when i need it the most the only down side is storage but u can get a sd card
