I bought this tablet in 2019. Works well except one major defect, the screen freezes and you have to press the start button on the side to reset it. It's annoying and time consuming. Sent it back to samsung 3x when under warranty and they mailed it back saying it was fixed, they never fixed it. Tried some demo models in the stores and they all had the same problem.

Such a trash tablet, even new it was trash. my similar spec tablet from few years back (2014) was a beast , but this (2019) trash , god dammit. Sim slot , sd card slot,usb type-c and and sound is the only acceptable thing's in this trash. No wonder i get it for free from my network provider as new client. i realized its trash in first 10 minutes of use. I cant even imagine reason why to build it to be such a trash .

When is this tablet getting the next update? My M21 phone got an update and it has this new feature called RAM Plus which lets you extend the RAM using the phone's storage space. Really need this feature for this tablet, because my tablet has only 2 GB RAM and it is a terrible experience when switching between apps.
Does Samsung publish a list showing which devices have upcoming updates?

That Guy, 19 May 2022What is the biggest sd card that I can use with this tablet?I think Samsung says 200GB but mine had some issues reading the card after I think damage to the slot. Before that I ran into compatibility issues with the SD cards when interchanged with other android devices.
