Samsung Galaxy Tab A is very good with wifi, no slow connections, great camera and data usage. I would recommend this tablet to everyone

Hi guys,
Any chance we can actually get Marshmallow anytime at all? No even custom ROM's are available... If I had known this, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place!

USer , 25 Dec 2016there is no sim card slot in this . dont buy The galaxy tab a 2016 sm-t285 4g have a simcard slot. the other galaxy tab a have not

No vibration motor for quiet notification (so silent mode is really silent :-P )
No 5GHz WiFi (only 2.4 GHz)
No Marshmallow Upgrade (as of Jan 8th,2017 (it was reported to come long ago))

Camera quality not good without flash.Becomes hot soon if use it for sometime and storage is also a problem.Hangs very easily

Anonymous, 01 Jan 2017Could it function as a phone.You sure can, it has a Sim card slot....so its a Phone. I had an older model and bought a sim card overseas with 1 hour talk time on it, and it worked fine to Aus.
