Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) leaks in new render

A while back we got our first look at the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), and today Evan Blass (aka @evleaks) gave us yet another render. It shows the AT&T version of the yet to be released tablet complete with its key hardware features.

As previously detailed, the display will come in at 8.4" and sport FHD+(1920x1200 pixels) resolution. We also learn the tablet will have a SIM tray and microSD card slot as well as a 5MP selfie cam.

The back hosts a single 8MP main camera while the bottom has the stereo speakers and the USB-C port. The headphone jack is located on the top. Under the hood, the Tab 8.4 (2020) will rely on the Exynos 7904 SoC paired with 3GB RAM.

Exynos & tired design ... not a good combination. Alas, Android tablets are rubbish. No OEM is ready to compete with the iPad.

I'm not sure why some people are under the impression that tablets are a dying segment. Honestly, they are probably the fastest growing smart product. Who doesn't have one or three? Who streams video to a 6.5" phone screen? Who writes papers on a 2....

I know I probably represent a niche case, but I hope Samsung continues to produce medium spec. tablets such as this. I use a s/h Tab S 10.5 as an ebook reader, but it's just too big. A 7-8 inch tablet, FHD with USB C is all I need and this fits the b...
