I purchased this Tab for Netflix and YouTube. I got this for 140$ with sim card 4G LTE, 2GB Ram, 32GB memory and it support SD Card but, SD card cannot be use as internal Memory. Transfer files, Photos & Videos are fast but not very fast.
Display 800x1280 display is fine for me.
I don't expect a lot from 140$ Tab, I just mentioned above my main purpose. As long that I can still watch NETFLIX, YouTube, Browse & Read news I will not complain.

I can't help but wonder if the new Android 9.0 (Pie) OS takes up a lot of the additional 16GB storage space, which is the only added feature that differentiates this from a low-end 2014 tablet.
