POPO KAMA , 10 Jan 2016My key light isn't working, helpI have the same problem. Have you got yours fixed? Apparently the lights don't work. See my post, and kindly let me know if I might be wrong.

Touch keys ("Back" and "History") are not illuminated. When in the dark, you have to guess where they are and fumble to find them. This field (Touch Key Illumination = "Yes"/"No") is also not shown on the GSMarena site, and I have now asked for it to be added. This disappointment does not cause too much dissatisfaction with what is otherwise a great device. This tablet is however not for users who lie in bed at night in the dark with a tablet.

Great price/quality combination....but the wifi speed feels a bit slow.
My galaxy S6 using wifi with the same router goes 3 times faster,other than that,runs perfectly and combined with the original book cover makes it great !! Love the use of wake function once you flip the cover.

I am a fan of samsung. my all the drvices are samsung. but i have to tell this, because i was very much diapointed eith this tab a lte version. this comment is not to degrade samsung but i am frankly telling my option on this device.
The worst thing is the display quality when i play HD movie and browsing.
other thing it has high loadig time when i open some pdf file & has some lag.
it heats up when using internet for 15 minutes.
mobile signal strength is not stable like my other devices.
battery is not good for browsing. drop fastly.
samsung made a budget tab with low resolution and a weak processor.
for this price you can buy a better alternative.
this is my experience with this tab after one month use.
i bought this tab from samsung store.

matt, 01 Jan 2016Great tablet. Lovely size. With the right case it's easy to... moreTurn 5gz frequency off on ur router. Or just don't use 5ghz on any of ur device so the router can operate only on one frequency (2ghz). I hope it fixes the problem.

Go to settings, display, and you should see touch key light duration.. click that to change it to your desired taste.
