Ordered S2 from flipkart. Today's back recieved it. Installed just some reading apps and video apps like Netflix. Everytime I switch on, the phone starts heating in the front and back right side. In the front, it becomes unbearable hot. Is this a defective piece or this is usual with S2? Please help..

Great improvement on my old TAB 4 . Best is the screen 4:3 format for my magazines and books. worst is its so thin it keeps slipping when handling.

ja rule, 01 Sep 2018is it still worth getting today?I just bought it - and I am very satisfied. I don't believe the successor S3 is really that much better to justify its much higher price.
Particularly I like the 4:3 format, for reading magazines and books much better than 16:9.

Excellent tablet considering its more than 2 1/2 years old. Mine has 7.0 nougat and runs like a dream. Beautiful,crisp, and colorful display! Smooth UI and fast app loading.
For anyone with charging issues ( slow charging) you need a powerful charger to get it juiced up. A regular charger will take waaaayyy too low as it is very slow. This si a large tablet and needs a powerful charger. I bought one at a carrier store ( Verizon) and it charges normally now.
I really do not know if this tablet will get 8.0 oreo, In Fact, I doubt it. It would be nice if Samsung gave us at least 7.1.1 nougat since I got 7.0.

My tab s2 sm t813 doesnt support OTG and have problems with battery charge until 30 hours for a full charge! Anyway in others terms work fine
