Cheap as chips now... But mine still does everything perfect.
I use the stylus for art, its amazing, the speakers are quality too.
I'm worried about the lack of security updates.
Why are we humans destroying the planet making new stuff when this tablet could be great for ten more years except for not keeping up with the hackers!?
I guess i should just keep it offline!
An up to date version would be 7x the cost and little better artwise!

Its only 6 years old? feels more than that! Has served me well but battery is bit tits up and lack of software support makes me switch to newer ones but it served me very well. Beautiful screen, as durable as they come. Decent processor and rest of the specs. For 699 in 2018 this was absolute bang for the buck. Good bye old friend.

I'd never get this tablet unless it has Custom ROM support, because this tablet would run out of Software support by 2029. This is a perfect tablet ruined by the lack of Custom ROM support. Tab S5e is only better because of this metric.

This is a good tablet for gaming in my opinion, the cpu/gpu is enough to run games like minecraft,roblox etc. 64 gb of storage is enough but as time passes the system eats the storage slowly, and samsung should have released android 11-12 on this tablet instead of 10. Overall id give this tablet an 8.5/10

Tranquillow, 29 Apr 2024nah, can't beat S9FE+'s sizeIn terms of specifications, it is not as good as the Tab S9. Nonetheless, it performs admirably and has an impressive display. And because it runs on a lightweight operating system unlike the Tab S9, it may take on the S9 tab in terms of performance. You won’t notice the difference on speed.

I have been using this tab for quite some time. The processor's performance remains amazing. I will still select this over the Tab S7 because of the incredibly stunning display.

Its 2024 now. Running on Android 10. Still doesn't feel the urge to change it nor upgrade.

This tablet is just very gorgeous in term of the screen and features. Even though it was 6 years old already and does not have any further updates. I will prefer this over ANY midrange tablet with the same price range as this right now. Samsung flagship just built different.

A great tablet even as of September 2023. Weather your gaming, watching videos, or using for productivity the Snapdragon 835 can power through with 8 cores and 4GB ram on US models. I would definitely recommend this older flagship tablet over any mid-range or budget option from today,
