I have a tab s6 lite- P610 model. The tablet works completely fine. There's no sort of issue But when it is set to the lowest brightness, the screen kind of shakes or moves a lil When it is moved. This occurs only in light mode. Anything higher than 5% of brightness and there's no issue. It highly unnoticeable
PS: I had visited the costumer service They say its not a issue. The person says its the device that's holding the power so it behaves like this in lowest brightness This is common in all p610 models. And he noted that samsung would release the software update in the near future to fix this kind of bug Could you pls have look It might be pretty useful for all of us Thanks,

What's the difference between SM-P610 and SM-P610N? Is one better than the other?

Daniel, 13 Jun 2021I find some parts of your comment hard to believe. I'v... moreI don't play any games on my A7 or S6 lite tablets. That will seriously drain a battery. I do web browsing, email, videos, music, spread sheets etc. Nothing that will tax either of those tablets.
And my brightness level is extremely low. Since I am only using them in low light environments. Not sure what the brightness level is. But it's probably between 10% and 20%. I don't use the auto brightness though. Since that sets it too low. Like the slider will be almost all the way to the left.
I have five of them total. So my use is spread out between them during the month. With the A7 tablets I will typically go 12 to 16 days before I need to charge the battery. With my S6 lites I can only go 7 to 9 days before needing to charge the battery. Both have basically the same usage. Since I rarely ever use the S-Pen on the S6 Lite.
I run all the tablets to the point that they will shutdown when the battery gets too low. And they all start at 100% battery capacity when I turn them on. The only exception would be when there is a software update, which will reboot the tablets. Otherwise, once I turn them on, they only turn off on their own. Once the battery gets below the 1% level.
I do not use the battery protection. I have never had an issue with battery life from any of the Samsung tablets I have owned over the last six years.

It has a place to store the stylus and has the magnetic clasp. It works properly with the auto sleep/wake function with the cover. I've had no issues with the two cases over the last eight months.
here is the case I use

i would like to ask the durability of the screen physically? i owned tab a 2016 8inch with s pen.. screen wobbles.. it would come off or peel off from the sides.. how about this s6 lite? is it worth it? price is too steep. i like the s pens latency. its fast and good.. owned a digital pen with battery its not good. sometimes it works sometimes it dont. so spen is my thing but i need a sturdy screen that does not wobble. is this it?

MladenJ, 08 Jun 2021Am I right in saying that the screens on the S6 lite and A7... moreI don't know about Tab A7 so I'll just tell you about S6 lite.
Before purchasing my tablet, I was hesitant between S6 lite and A7. I watched some YT reviews and comparisons and saw that A7's screen is a bit bluish whereas S6 lite was better in my opinion.
Hardware-wise, I prefer Snapdragon to Exynos any day and every day. If you're looking for a buttery smooth experience then S6 lite won't satisfy you. The tablet is smooth most of the time but you can see some lags here and there even when swiping between pages. It's nothing serious, but it's not super smooth either. When you try to do some heavy multitasking the lag becomes more noticeable.
For example today I had Chrome open with 3 pages and was viewing a PDF file in pop-up view next to my Chrome pages. It was noticeably slow and kind of laggy which is to be expected, after all this tablet has a mid-rage/low-end chipset.
If you don't want the S Pen I suggest you go for the S5e. It has better hardware and much, much better display. Unfortunately, S5e is no longer sold in my country and other brands like Lenovo are not available either and iPads are just way too expensive for my wallet. I had no choice but to go with S6 lite. But for those who don't want the S Pen, I recommend the S5e and for those who want the S Pen, I suggest spend the extra buck and go for iPad. It's so worth it.

aaronwt, 30 Apr 2021Yes. I got a couple of the Tab S6 Lites last year. And paid... moreI find some parts of your comment hard to believe. I've activated Samsung's battery protection (the one that doesn't let the battery go over 85%. It shows 100% but it is 85% in reality which helps increase the longevity of the battery) and I usually set the brightness to 30~40% since the display is really bright and I don't need to go any higher. With some light gaming, web browsing, watching YT, and some TV shows I get almost 10 hours on a full charge cycle. So you get 20 hours on A7? No way.
Plus, I agree that Snapdragon beats Exynos any day of the week and Exynos is always less efficient and a bit laggy at times, but no way Snapdragon is twice as good.
And S6 lite has more ram, more storage, S pen and DeX. I'd say S6 lite is definitely better overall despite having slightly inferior SoC.
P.S: I've never worked with A7 and only seen it on YT. From what I've seen, They're almost equal in terms of processing power with S6 lite being better in every other aspect.
