I emailed them on the 25th to point out they'd charged me the wrong price so they CANCELLED my order! I kept emailing, tried their online chat, used twitter and facebook and have received neither the tablet nor a reply. In the end I have decided that the screen is less good than my perfectly adequate S2 and will stick with that. Honestly, I was not paying £400 for a low res TFT screen...

It’s me again. I have another thing to say. It will have a 13MP and 8MP cameras. Because if it were 8MP and 5MP, It would be a downgrade from the S5e

Everyone, Listen. The Tab S6 Lite will have an AMOLED display, not a TFT. It will use the same resolution and aspect ratio as the Tab S6. It will still retain the quad stereo speakers. It’s part of the flagship lineup of tablets. It’s supposed to be a successor of the S5e because it’s specs are better, but the display is going to be the same.

Huawei Matepad non-pro which costs lesser is a much better option. The only downside is no GMS.

Well I have the tab S2 8 inch which I got on release day. I would have preferred to stick with 8 inches as it's perfect for reading the news in the morning, checking mail etc.but I pre-ordered this as it comes with 15% off and a free case and I miss the s-pen of my old note. A tablet is the perfect size for writing - my note was too cramped - and I'm not much fussed about the camera or screen as I have a phone that goes everywhere with me. I have ordered the LTE version and it's cost approx £320. I can use it as a spare phone and there is no way you could buy a note for that kind of price. You can't have everything!

Yronk, 15 Apr 2020U want tall tablet hahahaAll smartphones are almost as tall as 21:9 now. Tablet's should be exists rather than stopped beyond the 16:10 or 5:3. We need to watch video or media's for the tablet.

224ppi TFT screen on a 400 bucks device, normally found on a 200 bucks tablet. This is a huge shame. The iPad 10.2 has a better screen and costs less.
Samsung should thank Trump for sanctioning Huawei, they wouldn't last a second when seeing what the matepad 10.4 will cost.

ips , 21 Apr 2020Yes in Samsung specs its listed as TFT (thin film transisto... moreI'm not an expert but I owned a Samsung tab a 8.0 2019 and returned it because I wasn't satisfied with the screen sharpness/colors/reflection. Of course the 800p had something to do with it, but not everything.
In my opinion good ips > good tft > bad ips > bad tft > amoled (which indeed, flicker like crazy.)
Not easy to find a good all-round tablet these days. Some IPS screens have flickering that is almost as bad as amoled.
Best flickerfree ips screens are IPads usually.
But with ipad you get a dumb aspect ratio...

It is though a tft ips like screen just as the A types have wich are decent screens.
So dont act as if this is a TN screen wich it is NOT.
They dont flicker like OLEDS. OLED needs to use PWM dimming in mobile devices otherwise oled would be way to thirsty. Constant current dimming is ok with lcd types in mobile devices.
