TFTscreen, 19 Apr 2020turned out I was wrong and this tablet IS using a regular T... moreYes in Samsung specs its listed as TFT (thin film transistor).
It is though a tft ips like screen just as the A types have wich are decent screens.
So dont act as if this is a TN screen wich it is NOT.
They dont flicker like OLEDS. OLED needs to use PWM dimming in mobile devices otherwise oled would be way to thirsty. Constant current dimming is ok with lcd types in mobile devices.

this will just be a low quality screen like samsung tab A...

Some shops claim that this tablet has an IPS display and not a simple TFT.
If it has an IPS display with good contrast then this tablet would be a must buy.

Samsung is total joke. Other than stylus this tab has no plus compare to S5e. Camera, screen battery nothing. I guess lite version of devices are stock clearance for Samsung to get rid of the spare parts they would never use or sell again. Other than manufacturing this device they can't do anything else with a 5mp camera sensor...
All lite series from Samsung are total joke.

Compared to S5e it has a slower chipset and not so good screen. S5e has 400 eur price tag currently.

odd choice with the aspect ratio.. I guess they are trying to say that the regular S6 is more the productivity model and this one is geared more towards media consumption. still, it's better than 16x9 or even narrower aspect ratios.
