It was a great tablet until I "upgraded" to UI 6. Now the wifi won't stay connected. I would have thought that would be one of the basic things the dev team would make work. (I have checked all the usual stuff, just won't work)
Anyone had this issue and know a fix?

Got the tab s8 last summer. Then bought the tab s8+. Then I bought this tab s8 ultra which is fantastic. The screen is amazing for watching movies. The four speakers are brilliant. Beautiful display. Received Android 14 6.0 on my tabs. Really happy .

Just got the beast yesterday. I love it. It setup superfast with new smartsync with my Samsung cell phone. I took a few pictures and they are bright and clear. Sure its huge but you should know its a two handed tablet. Price has really come down. I have not found an downside yet. I plan to use for school.

fran6325, 28 May 2023How does the screen look like? Because 240 PPI😧😧You hold a tablet further away from your eyes than a phone. A normal computer monitor (24" 1920x1080) has 92 ppi. Again even further away from your eyes, so not a big problem.

Look at Samsungs Midrange hierarchy and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. For flagships, they just want you to spend 400$ extra than you would actually need to.

Why is there no headphone jack? Not everyone uses bluetooth headphones and samsung literally had an entire tablet to put a headphone jack in, yet they didnt. I would expect at least something as simple as a headphone jack from a 1000€/$ tablet.

Anonymous, 03 Jun 2023>not user friendly Apple stuff is literally designed ... moreThe problem with Apple's 'work together' is that it only works with 1% of all desktops and laptops (only Apple branded desktops and macbooks). 99% of the time, the experience is horrendous since file transfers almost always involve Windows desktops, laptops and android phones in the real world.

Apple stuff is literally designed to just work and also just work TOGETHER. I have never had a single issue using any of their products.
