aaronwt, 31 Oct 2023The last thing I want is a side mounted fingerprint reader.... moreThis honestly is my fave feature. When you hit the key to turn on the screen and it unlocks it at the same time. I don't have issues with my screen protectors blocking the fingerprint scanner and is a lot more accurate on the first try. I guess im a bit shocked that anyone would not like that feature..

Anonymous, 02 Nov 2023It's so heavy ...500g 😫 I need a small and lightweight tabEven heavier once you add a prophecies case. My s7 weights a ton but I'm not willing to risk breaking it without a case.

                            2. UFS 3.1 on 128gb, UFS 4.0 on 256gb and higher
                            3. You can go over 256gb, though 1tb may or may not work
                            4. Probably not, wait for one ui 6/android 14 update
                            5. Cable can be used

Most o... morefor me, it's all right to watch a 1.8: 1 video on a 1.3:1 screen very very occassionally. many people seemed to treat the tablet screen as a video watching screen (only)? but indeed a tab/ PAD has so much many other uses.

for info checking, data input, books reading, when the tab size is such larger, in such an oddly rectangular shape, using in landscape mode, its onscreen keyboard is too wide, use in the potrait mode, the screen is such tall. it is an incorrect aspect ratio. to me.

Paul, 24 Dec 2023What? By the current standards, 7-8 inches screen is a smar... moreI think the Tab S9 is the perfect size for use in bed or in the bathroom. I have one S9 at my bed. And an S9 in each of my two bathrooms. While the larger Tab S9+ works great at my TV viewing locations. So I have a Tab S9+ at each of my two UHD TV locations.

And if I take one somewhere, I'll typically take one of the Tab S9+ tablets with me.

Anonymous, 19 Dec 2023I will buy it if it is 8 inches What? By the current standards, 7-8 inches screen is a smartphone. Buy Galaxy S24 Ultra, or a foldable phone such as Galaxy Fold Z5 (7,6” unfolded).
11 inches on a tablet (with this screen ratio, which is much narrower than on an iPad) is a bare minimum for a device with any functionality at all.
To be honest, it's too small for almost any productivity task, unless you strap it to some 4K TV or a 27" monitor. The only advantage compared to S9+ (which is more balanced overall) is its portability and somewhat lighter weight, particularly with added case etc.
