White screen also appears and phone restarts.
Showed it to Samsung gallary. They kept the phone fr four days, but the problem stil persists.
Not impressed at all with this phone.

I've bought this phone now it's been 3 months, and seem to find it's really a good one, while playing games it was hanging a bit but now I got that fixed by, clearing the cache, it's a better phone for the value of price. But the battery is low you need buy a spare one if ur travelling. the other features and everything else with the phone is good.

i hav bought this phone 10 days ago.. the problem i face is that it hangs 2 to 3 times a day and beside that it gets restarted automatically.. its so annoying to me.. though i did not play any game as far now i dont think it will handle that smoothly.. battery performance is good and no such big problems.

i took samsung galaxy trend s7592 it worked good for 10 days after 10 days the sound on media files like songs videos games etc,is not coming. Iam raising the volume but the volume is coming back to zero immediatly by itself only .....please help me tell what to do i took only 10 days back so please help me

Do u have idea How does an iphone 5 cost? These are budget phones giving users a touch & feel of smart phone. Not every one can afford iphone 5 and samsung being a global reputed mobile company people like their product and trust on reliable customer service. This is the key selling point for Samsung. If Indian companies can better in this, surely people switch to to them as they r also offering same product @ very low cost. Its individual choice and depends on budget.
BTW.. Its good premium product @ low budget. Enough power for a average user.

Its a BIT Sad that Samsung Team have not realized that BASIC feature such as the Consumer knowing WHICH SIM CARD is being called is NOT there.
So, in case you are roaming there is NO WAY to identify if your Local or Roaming SIM Card is being called, worse when you are driving since you do not have a choice but to either PICK or DROP the call.
Its quite STUPID of the company to come up with a Multiple SIM Model without such BASIC Feature.
