Actually it is not sufficient for a android phone working on 4.1 jellybean .For this type of OS it should be at least 1GB for smooth working of phone. Inbuilt memory should be higher than 6 GB.
Bcoz' all dnloads will saved to phone memory.You can't save your dnloads directly to memory card . This is the biggest drawback of Android OS.
