YAY!! i just got it and its awesome ... after two whole months setting my budget, reading reviews, watching unboxings, downloading camera samples and reading users opinions i finaly decided to buy the galaxy wonder and its sooo "Wonder"ful ... i thought the TFT and the lack of screen protection was a big drawback but actually it turned out to be just awesome when u turn alil bit of brightness up and buy a decent screen protector .... i love its "business man" looks .. very elegant and the battery isnt that bad at all when u turn off the 3g :) .. plus what makes me even happier is that its easy in the pocket (not a hog) and the 3.7inch screen is more than enough actually.

I have just got an update now and going to install it later.Been a great smartfone, until sgs3 comes out but if its too big not buying sgs3..
Good battery life,audio has that thing were when you come to a loud piece in music it cuts the volume down..Screen good outside..Using Samsung class10 card but max speed ive had is 8.6Mb/s.I too have sc reen full brightness,wifi left on and 3g just lasts for ages.

AnonD-36175, 19 Jan 2012the handset volume is really low when you make a call on 2.3.6Off ur phone, take out the battery, sim card & memory card, leave it for 1/2 hours, put it back together on you phone, it will solved the issue.

1.) U get Honeycomb style screen unlock, which u only need to slide ur finger out of the circle, rather than move the entire screen to side.
2.) Much smoother & responsive.
3.) Easier to use call answered & mssg notification.
4.) Call & Mssg log shown in log history.
Cons
1.) U can no longer cursed ur SGW, u need to find another gadget to let go ur anger :-)

I prefer using class 6 or class 10 cards since these are ideal for HD media and fast read speeds. You can also use the SD speed increase app found in the android market (i think you need a rooted phone to use that).

My SGW with light use barely uses 30% battery power in a day - and thats with Wifi permanently connected at home and at work, with email checking the server every 5 mins all day long, weather updates every hour, bluetooth connected to handsfree while commuting, as well as 10 or 20 sms a day and a few short calls.

why the battery life of this model is too short. even you will not use it often it will not last for more than 24 hours.
