i managed to buy the Galaxy W from ebay today for £160! Gonna be replacing my nokia n8.

Guys!!Which is better? SamsungGalaxy W or Xperia Neo V? I know many people answered this question but im still confused.... but the real problem is my sister is gonna buy the galaxy W and me too wanna buy it But my sis is gonna buy it first... the thing is that my mom won't let me buy the same phone if my sis have it already.... then i looked for an alternative phone then i saw the xperia neo v... they cost the same but the problem is the internal memory of the xperia neo v.... it only have a 320mb internal memory... :(( sooo... my to sum up my problem should I buy the galaxy ? which have only 10% chance of getting it or should I buy the xperia neo v with 320 mb internal memory?? please tell me....
I forgot to say that I'm a tech geek sooo I need 1gb I internal mem or more.... some people say that the samsung galaxy sl is gonna get ics??? is that true?? if it is tell me.... guys/dudets please if you have any suggestions please tell me and if you know a mobile phone that has a big screen, good proccessor, fast gpu, 1gb internal memory or more, that cost same as the galaxy w and xperia neo v please tell me...

but for myself I used nokia since 2004 so I will try something new but not now may after 2-3 years, May be I will get WP7 with full option with high price .
I dont like games on my mobile.
but now I can get one with low price and some of high option as nokia 701.
now I am using nokia n78 , really I can do with it many things like mp3 and too much but the problem is small internal memory.
So I like nokia phone also because of maintenance service.
but I hope to get in the future good mobile with all services and also face camera with WP7.

compared to ace, this phone is way way better than it... galaxy w has adobe flash support, so you can even play games using your internet browser... galaxy w has 1.4 ghz processor and ace is just 800 mhz...
dont compare the 2 dude... they are not comparable...
for the screen, its way brighter and crispier than the amoled of galaxy s... not black dark though but very good in viewing pics and most especially in playing HD videos (720p)...
HD games are hardcore here... you can play any HD games you like...
Just wish that samsung can provide a more high powered battery for this phone... it only lasts for 13 to 15 hours a day with wifi, and gaming... well, what do we expect for a 1500mah battery?
