well, I have personally bought this phone. And I still don't experience any problem using this phone. If your phone has crashed, better you send it back to the shop. Perhaps the phone which you received is defected one.
What I like bout this phone
1) Good spec for a fair price
2) Quite fast
2) Fair display
4) Camera/vid record is fair
Dislike
1) Cannot use zoom if you put the resolution to the max
2) Still waiting for probs to pop out LOL
Well, do not compare this phone with other great phones with higher price. Compare this one with those phones of the same price

For next generation it's called SDHC (SD High Capacity) with FAT32 and has larger capacity range from 2GB to 32GB. SDHC also has class speed 2, 4 ,6 and 10 in term of Mb/s (Note: Megabits and not Megabytes). For example if you bought SDHC Class 10, that's mean your SD card has speed 10Mb/s.

I like this phone because it has adobe flash player when I watch video on internet (with faster connection) and office for reading my e-mail in word or excel format. Beside there is front-cam for video calling if I want to use it.

Sl is the best than galaxy w, because in galaxy sl you can play mkv file 720p without lag, n the batery still the best galaxy sl, because 1.4 GHz Scorpion processor, Adreno 205 GPU, Qualcomm MSM8255T Snapdragon in the galaxy w is the turbo version, so the batery become more extravagant..

For me, Samsung galaxy ace looks a liiiittle more classy than my Galaxy W. Let's say, if Ace's design's score is 8.0, i'd give my Galaxy W a 7.9. Why? Galaxy W's design is good, but the only thing that gave it away is the upper-back part of the galaxy. It looks so cheap, it doesn't even look like a plastic to me. I think it's like a molded clay with turtle wax for a shiny finish. But apart from that, everything's A-OK. Hope this helps.

from the pic it look like samsung low end phone design.
