and you do that by shut dawn your phone
then pres volume up + home + power then chose wipe all data(restore factory sittings)
yes you will lose all of your data sorry for that ant its the only way !

Jackie Chan, 29 Oct 2012Can this phones update the android versions to 4.04?Officially NO ! Samsung will forget this phone & concentrate to update newer phone, in fact ICS+ TW was a failure, that why Samsung fast forward it with JB 4.1.2 but older phone like SGW will be forgotten.

Hi my phone samsung galaxy woner works perfectly fine with wifi here in NZ and way back to the PH. i was just wondering when I hothere in Nz when i dont use the wifi I dont geta 3g and im using a voda sim ryt now and I have about 500 data for me to be able to use the net without connecting to wifi.but still I cannot browse..i read over google and tried to foller the instruction given on switching on the 3g signal but still nothing happned.all i remeber was that i think i had a 3g signal in phil. But here in nz i dont have one.pls help.i really needsome answers my load would just be a waste....:(((

i have used sgw about 8months. I love this phone. I didnt experience any problem like others. theres no lagging problem, no auto restart, no batery problem. 5mp camera is enough for this price of phone. 1.4ghz processor make me browse faster even while using wifi but its depend on internet coverage in that place. i have dropped my phone from about 1.5m high a few times bcoz its body easily slippery from hand. but there are no problem because of that. batery life is depends on usage just like other android technology i guess. and it is make me dissapointed a bit about this tech. Maybe it is my luck to have a good sgw unlike others.
