ivan, 18 Oct 2014how to unlock the phone its need to sign in in gooogle but ... morewifi will automatically turn on in this situation... if no wifi network is available then mobile data will be used if supported by your sim card...
now... if you forgot your e-mail then this looks suspicious to me.. just google "hard reset" and do your research yourself..

AnonD-296251, 19 Aug 2014i cannot open my phone because too many wrong pattern attem... morepower off your phone then wait 10 seconds..then turn it on again and open your phone and unlock the pattern correctly..if you forget the pattern..then you'll find "forgot pattern ?" tab on it and enter you email address with password..or you can enter the backup (PIN) that yo saved to backup your pattern before..if these ways didn't work..then you'll have to try the factory reset..( factory reset will erase all your data) ..if it didn't work so go to the costumer support .. actually I am not using galaxy W but I know about it..I wish I helped you..good luck :)

drerocks, 12 Sep 2014can you upgrade your RAM memory ? No... but the current CM 11 for SGW supports up to 400+ usable RAM as opposed to the stock ROM's 352 usable RAM..

Anonymous, 30 Aug 2014i do knw y my samsungw laggs n freezesif your phone doesnt have a warranty anymore then you can root your device then install antutu cpu or cpu master. tweak its processor settings
this is the only way I can think of speeding up a device as old as SGW without installing a cusom ROM.. (of course custom roms produce better results than using this method)

You will lose all of your data.
