Jen, 22 Nov 2022Samsung when will ECG and Blood pressure function will be a... moreI have a galaxy watch 5 pro connected to xiaomi 11T pro and ECG does not work because apparently it works only when connected to a Samsung phone. Samsung pay works flawlessly though better than the original Galaxy watch 46 mm.

The health readouts are pointless, because
1. you'd do nothing about a bad report
2. you wouldn't have the balls to show them with any confidence to your Doctor.

Cant use LTE plans on other Android phones than Samsung.
Similarly, you also can't use the Samsung Heath Monitor App on anything other than a Samsung so you lose out on Blood pressure and ECG features.
The Wearable app on anything other than Samsung is terrible, and most certainly worse than Huawei's. There is also very few watch faces available and no way to filter/search.
All in all, if you're using a Samsung, probably a good watch, if you're not, choose something else unless you want to pay for a glorified time teller.

I believe it is a good measure by the jurisdiction as these are vital stats and you shouldn't be relying on a watch (of any brand) for the purpose. There are medical instruments/devices specifically designed to monitor such data. Also It is better to seek advice from a qualified medical practitioner to monitor such health data.

I prefer to use the Samsungs for convenience and the battery life is marginally better on the buds pro

nyxee, 11 Oct 2022The 4GB Storage on the Huawei Pro seems very very limited??It's only listed here as 4gb, my GT 3 Pro has 26gb avalibale for music and stuff, so in total it has 32gb.

The Apple watch doesn't give me the Blood Oxygen measurement because i am from Uganda. It really sucked.

6 years I've uses Samsung (S7 Edge, Note 9, S10, S21 Plus) and 2 watch (fist Watch LTE and now Watch 3 Classic)...I was looking forward to the new ones. But no more rotating bezel is awfully disappointing.
People like to vent their frustration online in the hopes that someone hears them or just for the sake of venting. But this is really off-putting. This company is going downhill. Between the Bixby push, poor batteries and giving up on what makes the Samsing Watch better than the competition (its bezel), I think I'm done. I really hope the Pixel 8 and whatever Watch they bring along is sexy enough, because I'm tired of Samsung

Bought and returned, thick, expensive, no good screen as expected(first smart watch i buy). Doesnt comply with my huawei phone mate 20 pro.

No elevation gain, no recomended recovery time after workout, no sync with samsung health if you use other fitness apps.... sports watch?!? I don't think so. My 3 years old huawei gt2 was better for sports and lasted a week with AOD. So disapointed with this purchase, not to mention short battery life despite the bulkines.
