Not to mention that the battery life is going to be bad again like all of their watches. 3 series has been completely forgotten, no major updates at all. Actually barely any updates of any kind. It could runs wear OS easily and if not, why not update the UI at least ? Samsung makes the worst watches on the market and they are overhyped and praised by their fanboys who will buy anything as long as it has the Samsung logo on it.

I seriously would've considered this, if it weren't for the missing rotating bezel. The battery is a must for me, as I travel a lot and don't like to cary my charger. I usually charge my watch (S3) on the back of my phone, but it's slow and I can't use the phone, etc
I don't understand why Samsung thought a "Pro" version doesn't requite a rotating bezel.

I have a Galaxy Gear S2 Classic since 2015 and it works absolutely perfect. Battery 2 days no problem. Got the Watch Classic 42mm few weeks ago and like all the new gadgets but looking at this 5 crap now with no bezel and all it gets is a bigger battery and thermometer it's a waste of money.

Without rotating bezel, without classic look, this one looks like cheep Chinese plastic watch. I would not ear it even if get it for free. My GW 3 is state of the art for this one.

I believe that the bezel is not actually as large as you think. If you look at a hands on picture, what appears to be bezel is a slanted metal ring. The top of the watch is not flat, but has a raised ring to protect the display. However, on the gray model, the metal ring is still black so it appears to look like a bezel.

I was waiting for watch 5 pro release to have a better battery life. have a watch4classic 46mm which is beautiful due to its unique rotating bezel.
I don't know on what kind of substance Samsung was high on while making this UGLY Fat Bezel generic watch 5 pro. Really disappointed with Samsung's behaviour and not listening to what people want.

No classic model with rotating bezel and with these computer style buttons, hell no! Apple's watch success happens DESPITE its nerd look, not BECAUSE of it !
Samsung should know better than outsource this watch design to nerds from google. Let them do the backends but not 1 mm more of the best watch in the market (until Galaxy Watch 3 at least before the nerd design).
