Has anyone's watch 6 battery has decreased after recent update? Like mine has decreased by almost 14-16hr....is that because of recent SHM update where they are going to alert for irregular heart rate?

Samsung Watch6 Owner, 19 Jul 2024I'm sorry, I don't really understand where the pr... moreWatch doesn't works at all with certain other phones. It has been posted in reddit. There is no information if you read the official site or reviewer sites. They all mentioned that it will work with android as long as specifications like android version etc meets.
Went to Samsung service center and was immediately rejected any assistance because it is not a Samsung phone. There are people in the post who gotten assistance with certain kinder center by borrowing their phone to enroll the device and run purely on LTE.
I repeat that this is not ecosystem related because it is mentioned to work with android as long as specifications is met. But if you cannot get pass wearable app on your phone, the watch totally cannot work at all.
All I am advising is for people who aren't using Samsung phone to be caution on buying this watch. But you just slap thing down with ecosystem. I do not want another person to end up like my incident. I feel like talking to brick wall and I don't think I should just give up replying.

Although I think both devices are good, both the Watch 6, which I have myself, and the Watch 7. But as you noticed, newer devices may even communicate better with each other, I think this is also important for new functions, sometime it require for newer OS, newer processor and etc. Congratulate and wish you a long and good use of these devices. I hope you won't regret it never. All you the best.
