I'm not sure but all the reviews I managed to find (some written and many just YouTube reviews) are almost all agreeing that this model is "decent" for the price and the target users are looking for large screen, dual sim mid-range device, the camera is described as "big disappointment" and "Video recording is not up to the mark".
I have seen some of the recorded videos being played and they do look bad actually (the clip is like freezing for a split second then continues and so forth).
I heard from a retailer that there is an "expected" dual sim from Samsung which is the Galaxy 4 mini (I9192) and it does have impressive specs on paper, I'll wait for it (expected to hit UAE market in mid-July) but still no word on price. It's going to be either the Grand (I9082) or the S4 mini (I9192), but for sure not this one.

sbasu, 24 Jun 2013Guys, I want to make a choice between Sony Xperia L and Sam... more. Dude dnt buy sony at all .. It wil work ok only for 1 year.. N u wont mind only for 1 yr bcuz of waranty. So go for d best for nokia for reliability. If u can stay with win8. R else go with s3. Atleast it wont waste ur money. I knw its a lil costly. But its beter than to waste 10 r 15 k.
