TARIQ, 21 Oct 2014can I upgrade my Samsung galaxy win.& one other problem... moreDoesn't take USB? Do you mean you can't view the contents of your phone and external sd using a USB cable plugged in PC? If yes, it should work. You can even charge your phone using usb cable.

There are a number of reasons why the a phones slow down from it's ideal speed. One is if your internal storage is low.
Samsung has many boatwares so I suggest for you to check the apps installed in your phone. If you don't need it and you can delete it, do so. Also, move the music, photos, other files from internal to external sd to free more space in your internal sd. Make sure to clean up your browser istory and cache files.

To update the the device, go to Settings -> About Device -> Software update.
It will also tell you if you already have the latest version of software.

The worst phone ever a person can have, freezes up now and then, bad audio quality.
My suggestion is not to go for this phone, you will have a tough time with this phone.

Phone is good processor is also good and all things are good but main problem is of video zooming and no update is coming
