I think this phone is an average phone facing problems with charging and performance is also pretty average....
You can also go with some other brands.....Poor hardware performance by samsung......

i have model galaxy win GT I8552 its not support add network option when i search Wi Fi , its showing all wi fi close but if i like to add other network by hand data this option( Add network) not available in this model.
please give me the solution ASAP.

The samsung galaxy grand quattro is a very worst phone I have ever seen this phone is auto restarting where ever the signal is poor and because of this the charge of the phone get very low and this phone is also having a problem of signal dropping and due to this the internet is very slow I had given the phone to Samsung service centre for four times and they are not able to solve the problem even after replacing the mother board I am very angry on this phone and please don't go for this model in Samsung

Try borrowing charger if its the problem before buying a new one.

Samsung Galaxy Win is cool and slimy. If it starts freezing, check the memory loading and delete ur unnecessary applications and get a cleanser application to clean it up often and on.

Its a fabulous phone.I m using dis phone since last 1 year.never faced any issue..m thankful to samsung..great job guys..
